You Asked: What are the Pepperstone account types?

We Answered...

Based in London, Pepperstone has operated a broker service for retail traders since 2010. It is currently offering over 150 products which include a range of Forex pairs plus CFDs for commodities, cryptocurrencies and indices. This broker operates under the rules and regulatory guidelines provided by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), is well-respected and ethical.

As an operator, Pepperstone specialises in trader education, providing multiple video tutorials and webinars as well as a free demo platform to encourage and assist new or inexperienced traders.

As well as a demo account, Pepperstone offers two further account types: Standard and Razor; both are based on the MT4 trading platform, but with the broker’s own customisation.

The standard account could easily be labelled as ‘beginner’ because all aspects of it are designed to make the entry into the live trading arena as easy as possible for inexperienced traders. The Standard account has all fees included but at the cost of a bigger spread i.e. raw spread + 1 pip.

The razor account is ideally suited for intermediate to expert traders or those who use a particular algorithmic trading style or are scalpers. The platform is completely customisable and traders are permitted to add any apps or EA software of their choice. This account operates on fees calculated as raw spread + commission percentage.

All account types are equally well-supported by Pepperstone, with transparent Terms and Conditions, extensive FAQs and a 24/5 customer support team which is available via various methods. Why not take a look at our Pepperstone review for more details.
